Dave Yang
Digital Transformation Officer
Dave is an informatically minded, Harvard trained pathologist, which simply means he hangs onto detail and minutiae like his life depended on it. He has a background spanning cancer research, science journalism, informatics, and startup consulting / operations.
His current post is as a consultant and founder-in-residence at Texas Medical Center Innovation where he is primarily tasked with company creation and launch. At Evergreen, he serves as the Digital Transformation Officer where his goal is to simply make work easier.
He has a list of hobbies far too numerous to list here, but as a bookworm enjoys (and would recommend) the Douglas Preston / Lincoln Child Pendergast series which are a mishmash of science, crime, and suspense. To top things off, he’s pretty good at tennis, terrible at golf, and cannot seem to stay away from either.
