About Us

We’re more than just insurance.

Milton Yang

Milton Yang is the founder and President of Evergreen General Agency. He holds degrees in mechanical engineering from the National Taiwan University (B.S.) and the University of Mississippi (M.S.) which saw use as an engineer at NASA, working on shuttle re-entry materials and shuttle payload robotics.


Ali Abbas

Ali Abbas holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Karachi in Karachi, Pakistan. He is an experienced, results-focused, quality-driven executive with a demonstrated history within the property and casualty insurance industry. He has prior experience working with Adamjee insurance and Habib Insurance Ltd while in Pakistan, quickly moving from Accident Department to fully managing the Corporate Claims Department in the company.

Ken Pham

Ken Pham holds an Automation Engineering B.S. from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. His background spans information technology and software, further developed while he was working within the Department of Textiles at the Sumitomo Corporation Group in Japan.


Kim Tu

Kim Tu holds a B.S. in from Saigon University in Vietnam. She served as a quality control expert in the microbiological & organo-leptic arm of the Seaprodex Company - an import / export company based in Vietnam.

Chloe Kok

Chloe Kok holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Eau / Claire. In past work life, she has had a wealth of procedural operations experience and applied people management skills while serving as a large distribution warehouse manager for Varsity Company International.

Daniel Young

Daniel Young holds a B.A. with a double major in finance and business administration, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from Houston Christian University.


Kathy Tsang

Kathy Tsang is bilingual (Cantonese English). She brings over 20 years of work experience in Hong Kong across industries including land & property developers, an investment & finance company, hotel, and a café franchise business.

Annie Go

Annie (Go) was born in the Philippines and holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Santo Tomas. As a result of her upbringing, she speaks Fookien (Hokkien), Mandarin, English & Tagalog.

Dave Yang

Dave is an informatically minded, Harvard trained pathologist, which simply means he hangs onto detail and minutiae like his life depended on it. He has a background spanning cancer research, science journalism, informatics, and startup consulting / operations.

Ryan Pham

Ryan Pham holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Houston Main Campus. His comprehensive understanding of technological ecosystems and their interplay has served him well.

Kyle Ysagun

Kyle Ysagun holds a BS in Psychology from New Era University. There, he organized community service programs for the elderly at Barangay New Era. He gained experience in psychiatry at the Divine Mercy Psychiatric Facility where he gained an appreciation for the critical importance of mental health support.

Angelique Prenda

Angelique or “Era” Prenda holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lyceum of the Philippines University - Laguna. While there, she took part in various activities including innovative research, intercollegiate trivia, art, and essay writing competitions.
